The descriptions below are three typical examples and are totaly flexible.  The actual choice of extra items is endless and diverse. We can offer items such as luxury Italian hand bound coffee table books, framed prints, fabric mounts, calenders, mugs, mouse mats & T shirts.                     

Items may be inserted, or removed, to create your  own unique wedding photography package.  You can exclude the album and just have the High Resolution DVD, the choice is yours.

Unlike many photographers, we do not subscribe to the "One size fits all" approach to wedding photography. We work with our Bride and Grooms to create a custom built bespoke package.  As a result our prices are extremely competitive.

A  FREE NO OBLIGATION  8" x 10" ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT is available for all couples requesting a wedding quotation by completing our enquiry form on the contact page.  (Couples must have a wedding ceremony booked to qualify)

     

BRONZE PACKAGE  Cost - £Call for latest prices    (Very Important, please read The Small Print at the bottom of this page regarding retainer fees)

You will receive:   

  1. One photographer with an assistant will be in attendance starting from  the grooms arrival at the church up to the cutting of the cake.
  2. Photographs will include the following key items;
  3. Arrival of the Bride, Bridesmaids, Page Boy  etc..
  4. The Groom and Best Man.
  5. The Ceremony (where photography is allowed during the ceremony).
  6. Formal groups as discussed during your pre-wedding meeting. (Family, brides maids, ushers, close friends etc...)
  7. All images from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for your guests to view / purchase.
  8. 30     8” x 6” prints in a traditional wedding album.  This can be upgraded to a printed book.  (See extras price list)
  9. 1  High Resolution DVD containing all the photos taken on the day.
 

  SILVER PACKAGE    Cost - £Call for special offer

           You will receive:  The Bronze package items 1 to 6  plus the following,
  1.  2nd Photographer covering the day in reportage style. Order of photograph sheets for your guests' information.
  2. CHOICE OF EITHER; Bride & Bridesmaids morning preparations covered by main photographer  or  coverage of the evening event up to the first dance.
  3. A  Deluxe Album (choice of styles) or a Printed Hard Cover Book containing  60,  8” x 10” prints or a mixture of large and small prints to fill 30 printed pages.
  4. 2  High Resolution CVD containing all the photos taken on the day. Presented in a luxury printed DVD case
 

 ALL DAY COVERAGE GOLD PACKAGE    Cost - £Call for latest prices

 

           You will receive:  The Silver package items plus the following,
BOTH ; Bride & Bridesmaids morning preparations covered by main photographer  and   coverage of the evening event up to the first dance.
  1. A  Deluxe Album (choice of styles) or a Printed Hard Cover Book containing  80,  8” x 10” prints or a mixture of large and small prints to fill 40 printed pages.
  2. 2 mini albums for Bride & Groom to give away.
  3. 2  High Resolution CVD containing all the photos taken on the day. Presented in a luxury printed DVD case

 

The Small Print: Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings for wedding are ONLY confirmed upon receipt of your wedding booking form and deposit.
  2. An appointment to discuss your forthcoming wedding, or a quotation, DOES NOT constitute a confirmed wedding booking.
  3. Should another couple require the same day – the couple who first provides the completed booking form and deposit will be deemed to have booked this day. We do not cover more than one wedding per day.
  4. Early booking is highly recommended to ensure that we can cover your wedding.
  5. We reserve the right to use alternative albums of an equal or greater value should our suppliers change their product range between your booking date and wedding date.
  6. Retainer Fee:   For the Bronze package the retainer fee is £100 for the Silver & Gold packages the retainer fee is £200.  
  7. This is a non-refundable retainer fee payable at the time of the booking which secures the booking. This amount is subsequently deducted from your final price. 
  8. Solent Photographic is fully insured.
